Take your time when posting an auction. Think about your item and spend time describing it. Read it back to yourself - would you buy your item? Have you thoroughly described the best features?
Where possible always add pictues to your auction/advert. As the saying goes "A picture paints a thousand words"

Alternatively you could search google images for a library picture (although you should mention this in your advert.
